Promising young defender Catherine Hall received her first full contract with the Mystics in 2024 and is back in 2025 after an impressive 2024 campaign for the title-holders. Able to play both in-circle defensive positions, Hall’s tall 1.91m frame is an obvious asset at the back end of the court as she continues to build her repertoire at the top-level. Coming into a well-established team has helped ease Hall into the demands of semi-professional netball after forging a fine record with the Marvels in the NNL while also making her mark for Auckland, who took out the 2023 NZ Open Champs title. Hall has embraced her opportunities in seamless fashion as she continues to extend her game and refine her credentials. Quick on her feet and with a disruptive reach, Hall has made immediate impact which have been recognised with her inclusion in the 2024-25 New Zealand A squad, 2024-25 Silver Ferns Development squad and silver medal-winning FAST5 Ferns at the 2024 Fast5 Netball World Series.
