Well-travelled defender Sulu Fitzpatrick found her niche with the Pulse in 2018 and is back for a second stint.
In the best shape of her career, Fitzpatrick had a storming season for the Pulse from the custodian’s position of goalkeeper. Strong in the air and a fine reader of play from the back court, the new-look Fitzpatrick revelled in her new home. It was enough to reignite her international career during the Constellation Cup, seven years after gaining a solitary test cap in 2011. A natural leader, Fitzpatrick captained the FAST5 Ferns to the Fast5 World Series title in 2018.
